QUICK REMINDERS (GENERAL):

● If you are a minor (below 18 years old), make sure to have your parents' guidance and approval before transacting with me.
● Before ordering unsealed items, please keep in mind that not all items are in its pristine state. Some may have minor scratches, dents, smudges, or manufacturing defects.
● To ensure fair trade, all visible defects will be disclosed to buyer.
● Never place an order unless you are 100% sure. Bogus buyers, joy miners, and rude buyers will be posted and/or blocked.

PAYMENT TERMS:

● Payment needs to be settled on or before the declared deadline of payment.
● The payment deadline can be extended up to 7 days only; After that, customers will be charged ₱50 per day as a late payment fee.
● DOWNPAYMENT is not refundable.
● Payment will be reflected in the master list within 24-72 hours. Please send me a message if your payment has not been updated within the said timeframe.NO PAYMENT FORM = NO PAYMENT.

SHIPMENT TERMS:

LOCAL SHIPPING FEE
● Local shipping fee will be paid once the items are already in our PH address.
● The cost of local delivery varies depending on the customer's location, the weight, bulk, shape, and cost of local couriers for the items.

● Individual tracking numbers will be available in our Masterlist within 24-72 hours after the item(s) has been picked up/dropped off.
● I will not be held liable for any delays or loss made by the local courier of your choice.RETURN OR EXCHANGE
● Provide a clear unboxing video (720p is recommended) for wrong or lacking item. No unboxing video no exchange/return/refund.
● I will not be liable for any losses or damages for shipped but unclaimed parcels.
● Unclaimed item(s) for more than 1 month without giving me a proper notice will be automatically disposed and will not be refunded.
● Returned item(s) will incur a non-refundable shipping fee since, courier does not refund the cost of the returned parcel. If the parcel needs to be reshipped, customers must pay another local shipping fee.REFUND
● Refund will only be available if: (1) Unmanageable damaged is observed upon inspection and before packing/shipping out. (2) Lacking/Wrong items provided by the terms under ‘RETURN OR EXCHANGE’ section.
● Refund will not be available if:(1) The items already left in our care (2) No clear video (720p) of unboxing.(3) The customer is unsatisfied after observing manageable issues upon ordering unsealed items. (Please refer to ‘QUICK REMINDER’).

FETA 1: up to 7 days (+ 2 days allowance for delays)
FETA 2: up to 14 days (+ 2 days allowance for delays)
SFETA: up to 3 weeks (+ 3 days allowance for delays)
NETA 1: up to 1 month (+2 days allowance for delays)

JAPAN TO PHILIPPINES:

FETA 2: up to 14 days (+ 2 days allowance for delays)
NETA 2: up to 2 months (+ 5 days allowance for delays)

SPECIAL NOTES:
For FETA 1: Limited quantity only; has additional custom fees.
For FETA 2 and NETA 2: up to 12 pieces/variety per batch.
